1000va UPS enough for 650w psu?

As the title says , i have 650w psu and i am want a ups , just to save my stuffs and shut down the pc so i just 5 to 10 mins backup, so is 1000 VA ups enough?

My rig is:
I7 4790
Gigabyte h97m d3h
Asus strix gtx 970
Wd purple 1tb hdd
Corsair vs 650w

Should be, if the manufacturer accurately rates the UPS. In the US, you can get an UPS that has a USB port which will automatically signal the PC to shutdown. That doesn't seem to be a feature available in most of the rest of the world.
