Question 1000X USB digital microscope causes green screen of death and says we must collect some information and we reboot

Hi guys I have a CPU intel core i7---- 3.60GHz---- 64bit ---32GB RAM
----GPU NVIDIA Ti650 Geforce
I try to connect a 1000X USB digital microscope and I plug it in to a usb port.
Whenever I plug it in, after some time, the pc goes to a green screen of death and says we collect some information and we reboot. Then I wait until it finishes 100% and it reboots.
After that reboot, if the USB Microscope is still plugged in, it goes again to a new green screen of death and says again we must collect some information
and we reboot. Then I wait until it finishes 100% and it reboots.
If I dont have the USB Microscope Plugged in, then pc normally reboots and works fine.
What should I do to make this usb 1000X microscope work?

It's dead jim. If it's new contact the seller and get a replacement. If it's outside of the return period but still under warranty contact the manufacture for RMA. If its out of warranty buy a new one.

are you sure it is dead and not a software driver problem?
