Question 100hz ultra wide or 144hz?

I'm concidering the MSI Optix 34" MAG341CQ vs the MSI Optix 27" MAG271CQR. They're pretty much the same monitor, except the MAG341CQ is 100hz ultra wide and has a slower response time.

I'm mostly planning to be gaming things like The Witcher 3, GTA and Metro. But I'll also be casually gaming FPS like Paladins and CS:GO.
With this in mind, is the ultra wide worth it? Or would it be better to go for a higher refresh rate and lower response times?

just take the middle, 120Hz is good enough, but if you often play FPS you better buy a 144hz
