100i vs H100i GTX

Fry's is currently having a sale on the H100i for $49. I was thinking about getting the GTX version, but after I saw this deal i'm reconsidering. Is the GTX version worth paying $75 more for?
I have a H440 so the case will accept both.

Absolutely not. It's probably on sale because it's being phased out as the flagship cooler or something along those lines.
That is a great price, it's what I sold mine for (~1.5 years used), and to be able to get one brand new with full warranty is amazing.

H100i for 49$ is not bad but still better performance will give you Noctua
