I just upgraded from 512MB PC2700 DDRAM to 1024MB, It's made all the
difference, maps load very quickly now and doesn't lag after the initial
countdown. It also doesn't freeze temporarily during crucial times (which
sometimes it would do for up to 5 seconds). So, if you're having problems
I'd suggest getting more ram, even if it doesn't solve the problems it
certainly can't hurt (except maybe your wallet), lol.


My current specs are an Athlon XP 2400+ running at 2139MHz, 1024MB PC2700
DDRAM, Geforce 4 ti 4400 with 128MB ram, with Windows XP pro.

Agreed! Problems I thought were bugs are gone with more RAM.
