Hi, I play Dota1 on 24' 1920x1080 monitor, the thing is, because dota1 is old when i play on 1920res the image is stretched out, zoomed in and looks very bad so i found 2 resolutions that look the most like the original. I was wondering what would the actual IN-GAME difference between these 2 would be, i posted images below, I cant notice any difference so if someone can tell just by the resolution numbers or if you can notice in the screenshots, What is the better resolution between these 2? Black on the sides doesn't bother me, i just don't want the game to look like its zoomed in or the image is stretched out

Solution
1680 x 1050 is closer to 1920x1080 and you should be able to notice the difference; The HUD is a little smaller in the 1680x1050 resolution, meaning more pixels and better resolution.
