1030 swap for 660ti ?

Is it worth to get second hand 660ti for my 1030? A lot of people are telling me thats drivers are ripping of but i want this card HELP ME, please !

The card is old, it's driver support cycle will soon come to a screeching halt and worse, it's possible it was used for mining. You're good as is, might want to move upwards instead of downwards.

I'd be skeptical about anyone wanting to trade a 660 ti for a GT 1030, just keep the 1030.

In theory, it's a good idea. The 660Ti is older, and consumes quite a bit more power, but would perform better.

But it's an older card. Further, it does make me question why this person is willing to do the trade. Unless it's someone you know personally and absolutely can trust not to screw you if something's wrong with the 660Ti, then I'd avoid such a trade.

If you sell the 1030 you would probably be able to buy a better used card than a 660 ti!

I wouldnt swap.
