ok so i have a gtx 960 2gig gpu in my current rig along side a proprietary power supply. so since i cant upgrade to a more powerful power supply with out rewiring the power supply, im wondering should i upgrade from my 2gig 960 to the 4gig 1050 Ti?

2 games i play that dont seem to play well with my current 960 2GB doom 4 and battlefield 1 i play them at 1920x1080

as u can see from the benchmarks here the 1050 ti does well in both games http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/nvidia-geforce-gtx-1050-ti,4787-4.html

so what should i do im kinda leaning for the 1050 ti since it has more vram

should i just keep my 2gig 960 and tuff these games out at very low settings or go for the 1050 TI

Have you considered the Radeon RX470? it's a bit more expensive than the 1050 (maybe even cheaper depending on the manufacturer and country) but it's quite more powerfull. And also the power consumption of the 470 is only 20 Watts higher than the 960 at peak performance so i'm sure you'll be just fine with that one
