Question 1050 TI humming

I have had this 1050 Ti for about a year and a half now and just recently its started humming. I am upgrading soon but for the time I am trying to find a solution. The heatsink and fan look very dusty, should I try and give them a clean or could it be the bearing? I have tried to change the fan speed in BIOS but it doesn't appear and I don't have the option in SpeedFan as well. Thanks in advance

First clean the entire heatsink and fan, cooling solution and then replace the stock thermal paste that's between the GPU die and the cooling assembly.

okay, I'll clean it over the weekend when I have time and come back with a result.
