1050 TI is at base clock when it should be on idle

Why is my msi 1050 TI LP always on base clock when it should be on idle. It was on idle when I first put it in, and after a while it started going to base all the time and being like 37 celsius, but when it was on idle it normally was on 30 or 29 degrees c. Oh and I did a factory reset on my pc and it was back to normal but it started doing base a few days ago.

Always at base:
Gpu clock - 1290 MHz
Memory - 3504 MHz

Ok the fix was that I had Power Managment mode on - Perfer Maximum performance in the Nvidia Control panel, and I had to put it down to adaptive.
