[SOLVED] 1050ti Blurry Display?

Hey all,

Just upgraded a system I had parts laying around for, and after upgrading from a gtx 960 (2gb) to a 1050Ti 4gb all my in-game graphics are fuzzy. I have tweaked all the settings and it seems to be blurry no matter what! All drivers are fresh and up-to-date including bios and monitor. All resolutions are set to native 1920X1080 in-game and through monitor/nvidia settings.

Specs are:
i7 4790k
Msi Z97 motherboard
Deepcool Gammax 400v2
GSkill 1600mhz ddr3 (2 x 8)
700w corsair psu
Zotac 1050ti OC edition
128gb adata ssd w/ windows 10 single language
1tb Seagate barracuda HDD for raw storage.
vintage nzxt case

Images were crisp and fine with the 960, and once the swap for 1050ti happened all in game graphics are blurry. Monitor is a brand new Samsung and I have confirmed with other monitors/tv's that the graphics are still blurry.

You weren't upgrading, instead you were downgrading. Despite GTX 1050 Ti having double the VRAM, performance wise, it's weaker than GTX 960,

As far as your issue goes, put the GTX 960 back in and look if you get the same issue.
If you do, the issue isn't with the GPU.
If you don't, the issue is with GTX 1050 Ti (or it's drivers).

Bit of a delay in replying as it took me a while to figure out... was a driver issue and because i forgot to clean the old driver out completely it was causing issues beyond just the fuzzy screen. UPDATE: used ddu and fresh windows and its working like a charm. But I Don't get where there would be a performance difference as I am consistently 10-15 fps higher on better settings than the 960 2g?
