Hi, I bought asus 1050ti graphic card and I put it on asus rampage extreme2 lga775 Mother Board, but nothing happens, is she compatible with my new graphic card?

Depends on your CPU and how many gigabytes of ram you have, since you cannot max out your GPU and that makes bottleneck.
