1050ti Laptop Underclocking Only During Dames

As the title states, my GPU in my new laptop is underclocking itself ONLY during games which is weird. Now, I'm positive it is NOT thermal throttling for two reasons. One, the GPU never goes above 75C, and 2, the GPU downclocks to 500MHz as soon as the game launches, and then, as soon as I exit, it boosts to 1500MHz again. Could somebody help me? Thanks!

Never watch the clocks while in games, they will frequently change, also laptops love to use integrated whenever the GPU is not needed, i dare say this is what's happening, download 3dmark and run firestrike, post results
