1050ti LOW FPS

I have suddenly low fps with my 1050ti, gta high, very high settings 30 - 45 fps, i had around 70 :/ ... whats the problem?

Specs:

CPU: Amd Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: Geforce 1050ti
RAM: Corsair vengeance red led 16gb
HDD: 1 TB
Power supp: 500watt

Any recent Windows, drivers or game updates? Might be any of those. Failing that, perhaps some background service or process might be leeching on your system.
