Question 1050ti mobile temps

I noticed that my temps where really high on my laptop. Temps got to about 94 degrees C when running Heaven bench so I bought a cooling pad and changed the thermal paste but it's still getting to 94 degrees but the idle temps are a bit lower. Is this just because of the laptop design or what? I cleaned the fans from dust as well.

problem is people try to get a compact laptop with power of a desktop to play game
