Hi,
I was looking for a video card (max 180 euros with shipping to the Netherlands included) and I came across the Gigabyte OC 1050ti for 155 euros and the rx470 (msi gaming) for 180 euros. Which one shall I choose?

It is weird but it works. I'm not underestimating my 660 TI, I think it's a great card that performs well. It has some great performance features. I'm talking about a 1050 TI not a 1060 too.
It just, for some reason on my CPU, performs better with a card dedicated to physx. I tested several cards, a 1050 ti alone with with my 660 TI, etc, and they performed pretty equally.
I didn't say 1060 at all o_o. I just found it interesting that alone, the 1050 TI or combined with another GPU, seemed to perform about the same as my 660 TI and 750 TI SC and yes I know my 660 TI is a very strong card.

I'll clarify, I use both a 660 ti and a 750 ti sc.
Alone the 1050 ti didn't out perform my two gpu's combined when one is dedicated to physx.
I did put the 1050 ti in a better build and it performed about the same. On GPU boss the 660 TI is pretty similar in benchmarks to the 1050 ti except in one category: noise and power.

Your old setup is very wierd.
You're underestimating your 660ti, it's quite powerful and thus performs only slightly worse than a 1050ti.
Because a 1060 is like twice as strong as a 660ti.
