I have a EVGA 1050ti acr 3.0 or w/e the dual fan model is. In MSI afterburner it's set to coreVolt+20, powerlmt +100, temp lme 83°, core clk +150, memclk +800. Heaven benchmark is telling me it's running core clock of 2128mhz and mem of 4304 with hwmonitor reading between 1850-1987 core clk and 4304 mem clk. Even afterburner says 1987 and 4303.this is way above where i set it at and frankly i don't even see how this card could handle that. Can someone help me understand. It just ran through the heaven bm with any issues tho. https://ibb.co/hPaZbo

Solution
Nvidia's introduced a new version of GPU boost (3.0) with Geforce 10 cards, the GPU will basically automatically boost as high as it can given power/thermal limits, even above what you've set. 2.1 GHz does seem a bit much, but ~1.9 GHz is not unreasonable AFAIK.
