My gtx 1050 ti is stuck at its base clock (1354mhz) and mem. Clock (3601mhz) i already overclocked it but it does not run in its boost clock, already changed the power option but it does not work, gpu btw is a gtx 1050ti msi gaming x

Solution
It only goes up to 1354mhz under full load? At idle the GPU should ideally be at or well below base clocks. If that's all you get under full load it could be a heat, power, driver, or firmware issue. Most likely drivers. A picture of the GPU-Z or msi afterburner sensor graphs while the gpu is under full load would be helpful as well as the rest of your specs.
