Question 1050ti unusual power consumption

I'm using 1050ti for 3 years. From last few days I'm experiencing some unusual display cutting in a random times. I've updated my driver also. So by using HWMonitor software I got see that my gpu is taking 47 Watt while it is in idle. Is this normal ?

I'm using only one 18 inch monitor and my psu is "Corsair VS450 450W 80 Plus White"
