I am looking for a graphics card for under 200 dollars I have the 1050 To and the 1060 3 GB in mind (6gb is out of budget). I want to know the difference e.g performance future proof etc. Please give detailed reasons.
Thanks in advance

The 1060 3gb is much better. HOWEVER, there is one reason to choose the 1050 Ti over it- power. You can get a 1050 Ti which runs on the power supplied by the pci-ex slot on the motherboard which is 75W. You will need a connector from your power supply for a 1060.

So, assuming you have a decent CPU and the necessary power, the 1060 is the best choice. If you have a slower CPU and/or a basic 300W type of power supply, the 1050 Ti is the best choice.

With certain games, unless you really dial back the graphics, the 1060 3GB will choke and the 1050Ti, with 4GB of RAM will surge ahead. Fortunately there isn't that many games that demanding of vRAM out there. As time goes on though, that may become a serious issue, although by then the 1060 3GB will be out of production. For the foreseeable future, I reluctantly side with you. (I hate the 3GB model because it has a gimped GP-106 GPU in comparison to the GP106 in the 1060 6GB, yet the only clue outside of reading specs is the amount of RAM,
