1060 3gb or 1050 4gb help

Hey everyone

I decided to upgarde my PC, but am having trouble choosing a graphics card. I have to decide between the Zotac GeForce GTX 1060 Mini 3GB or the EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti SC GAMING 4GB. I live in South Africa, so my options and budget is limited. Planning to play @ 1080p. Here are my current specs
