1060 3GB or 1060 6GB?

3GB version is Palit GTX 1060 StormX 3gb @ 280$ [60$ over its msrp]
6GB version is Palit GTX 1060 Jetstream 6gb @ 370$ [80$ over its msrp]
6GB version Galax Exoc White 1060 6gb @ 360[80-100$ over its msrp]

Some points to consider :
-I only play Dota 2/PUBG/Fortnite/Overwatch , Im buying 1060 because im also buying a 144hz 1080p for competitive plays.

-6GB Palit version have RGB/Backplate/2 Fans, 3GB does not and has 1 fan.Also 6GB galax has 2 fans and a backplate but no rgb

-I dont wanna buy second hand, as much as possible i wanted one with warranty. So many miners here already selling their cards.

-Its the cheapest 1060's on my country(Philippines)

3GB will just handle your needs now. 6GB is a little more future proof.
I have a 8GB card and frequently use over 5GB.

Can you do all low except the Anti aliasing at max? i wonder what FPS you could get.
Because im planning on doing that.

Like what JoeMomma said, the 1060 6GB will be your best future proof GPU. 3GB will not be enough in 1-3 years. Overwatch is 1080p 100% render quality on i5 7400

200 fps

edit: if you want even more sharpness you can even do 200% scaling then i get around 90 fps

But if you always want to push 144+fps i will recommend waiting and get 1070 or even a 1080

Click on Specs, then full specs - shows the differences between the 3 and 6GB above and beyond just the lower amount of VRAM.

You are not getting 144 fps at 1080P on too many newer games w/ a GTX1060 of any type....
