I have 1060 3gb singlefan

My friends offer to exchange with his 1070 for my 1060+80$

It worth? I use i5 8400 with 1080p60hz and plan to go with 1440p144hz next year

You'll get better frames at 1440p with a 1070 than a 1060 with only 3gb of memory. That's almost a no brainer.

and the price difference between the two is about 200 bucks so 80 + your card is a great deal

just make sure you have a good 500w psu
