Hey guys,

I'm planning on opening a gaming cafe.So the computers I'm gonna build should be on a cost to perfomance budget and also the longevity is important because I don't want to upgrade, atleast not before 2 or 3 years.

So I've this doubt on a classic CPU VS GPU battle. Which one do you guys think is better:

1060 6Gb card in a i5 7600K CPU with the aircooler and z270 MOBO OR the GTX 1070 in a i5 7500 on a B250 MOBO. Considering how much they both cost and their performances in a overall balanced AAA and fps titles, which one do you guys think is a better option for performance, longevity and cost. Please help me with this. You guys might say i5 7600k with 1070 is the best combo but unfortunately my budget is abit conservative because its for the purpose of my new gaming cafe and i will be needing more machines.
PS: no ryzen recommendation please.

If you're looking to ensure it stays solid for years, consider looking at a r5 1600 and a b350 motherboard. If the price is close enough to get it and s 1070 it'll last longer than the 7500 or the 7600k most likely.

Components don't really get outdated, or expire, unless they break down (in which case both options are equal). A gpu should perform the same at equal visual quality now, and 4 years.

Do you plan to upgrade these machines?
What monitor will be paired with them?

I don't want to upgrade it atleast for 3-4 years.

Monitor I've chosen is VG248QE which is a 144hz and 1ms response time monitor. Gsync monitor costs way too higher for my budget.
