Question 1060 6GB perfect condition but artifacting?

My 1060 6GB around 2 years old is artifacting like this a lot is it time to get a new card or is it salvageable? I have checked my GPU it looks perfect.

Appearances can be deceptive.

Artifacts like those are sometimes related with corrupt GPU bios.
Have you done any overclocking?

Yes but nothing too crazy I think the overclocking might have caused it tbh

Those artifacts are memory related. A bad OC, or simply on its way out.

It'll be determined by your needs and budget.

Can't make any recommendation without knowing the PSU. It's even more important to know there's a competent unit in there with GPUs so expensive.

Probably something cheap and used.
GTX 970, GTX 1060.

Probably. Cooling solution alone should be worth some $20.
Just don't go around scamming people. Be absolutely clear, that the card doesn't work and you're selling it for parts.
