is it worth upgrading my 1060 6GB to 2070?
what 1440P monitor should i go for???? i was thinking Asus Rog Swift 34 inch
is MSI a good GPU company?? and hows there customer service?
i always go for Evga,Asus and Gigabyte brands never tried MSI

As far as 1440p monitors go, get one with G-sync or is compatible, and capable of 144hz with 1ms or less delay. This, in my opinion, offers the best traditional gaming experience (1 player sitting right in front 1 monitor). I think Acer has a good model, the 27". 34" is too big in my opinion unless you are sitting further away, the pixel density is lower than the 27" and it is actually hard to take in the entire display at once, I have friends that love their 34" curved panels, but my feelings are that it would be better in 4k; 34" in 1440p won't be as sharp as 27" in 1440p (only about 80% as sharp). A 1060 to a 2070 would be a significant performance increase, the increased memory would help with 1440p and the GPU is more powerful in general, if you have the money I say go for it. Also, you can take advantage of Global Illumination with the 2070, if you are okay with the FPS drop (this is where the G-sync compatibility comes in).

It is worth upgrading if you were able to take advantage of the RTX 2070 performance.
The i7-4790K will prevent the RTX 2070 from achieve its raw performance...specially wit a 34" display.
I would go with a 27" 140p display like the ASUS ROG Swift PG279QZ.

I wouldn't worry about the 4790k bottlenecking the 2070 at 1440p.

4790K will handle it fine and it is the resolution not the physical size of the monitor that counts, that is same performance on 34" and 27" if both are 1440P at same refresh rate.
