1060 fps problems

Hello, somebody help me please, I have upgraded my 960 G1 Gaming 2G graphics card to a dual-Gtx 1060 OC 6GB asus and I have many fps problems in the games I do not know why, a friend of mine has a 970 and plays LOL And CSGO around 300-400 fps while I with this graphics card I am in the 120-200, supposedly the 1060 is better than the 960 the performance is constantly the same as the 960 not to mention that to watch videos 1080 60 fps Is always with stops
The config of my pc is
I5 4460 3.2Gh
Asus Dual Gtx 1060 OC 6GB
B85M-GAMER
16 of ram
SSD 240 GB and a hd not being used with 1 TB
Nox 750W

High fps is very CPU dependent and while your CPU is decent its not high end. What CPU does your friend have?

We'll he has 25% more single core performance plus an extra 4 threads although unless you have a lot of other stuff running the extra threads shouldn't make much difference in those games.
