1060 just won't work in new pc

Hey guys, I bought a new pc with an msi aero 1060 6gb (I should of made my own again lol) When I went to boot it up straight out of the box, it just does nothing until one beep 10 seconds after, and the screen goes black but nothing happens. I'm using my old Hdd with windows on it. So I take out the 1060 and use both integrated and my 750ti and it works fine. Other noticeable thing is the chassis fan stops and starts after boot and gpu fans stop. The build I'm using is a z370p d3 motherboard, i7 8700k, 500w psu, 8gb ddr4 ram. Sorry for layout, on my phone and thanks for reading~ Edit, I also spent ages trying to install and uninstall nvidia drivers as well, I don't think that's a problem.

Are you sure its seated properly along with the power connectors plugged in as well?

Yeah 6 pin connected, seated properly, Im just gonna clean install and pray lol

HDMI > HDMI (HD TV)
HDMI > VGA (TOASTER MONITOR)

I tried the 1060 in my other PC and it had the same problem, Im fairly sure it is defective so I will be trying to get an exchange on monday~ Thanks y'all
