Question 1060 on Warzone low fps on low settings. Need help!

The title is pretty much self-explanatory but I would like to give the details as well.

I currently have a laptop with its specs being:
1060 6gb
i7-7700HQ
16gb Ram

With these specs, I have seen benchmark videos reaching 60fps at high settings and 80 fps at low settings. Unfortunately in my case, my game goes 30-40 fps at low settings.

Power Plan already at high performance, Nvidia Control Panel already at High Performance too, Graphic Settings already has the Warzone in it. Am I doing something wrong?

NVCP is at Quality? That will turn on a bunch of AA and MSAAs on that will lower your FPS.

Go back to Nvidia Control Panel and set it to Performance instead of Quality.

Go to Manage user settings in NVCP still and set power plan to High performance.
