I can´t enter to the motherboard because it is died... But I will try to remember.
First of all your motherboard (model?) should allow to touch OC options (My old one was an Asus P5QE).
My G0 was running at FSB to 425, vcore to 1.325, multiplier at 8, ram set at 1020 (they are 1066 modules). FSB may need a little push in voltage.
You must see if your PCI frequency is higher than 100, it shouldn´t, if it is higher there must be an option to lower that speed (it affect the GPU, HDD...).
If your RAM is 1066, it shouldn´t work faster, set it lower if it is possible.
In theory, if CPUz show 600, then your ram is working at 1200 (?), in BIOS should be an option to get down that speed.
If you can´t touch anything in bios except the FSB, if you push it to 333 (with the default multiplier (9)) you should get the 3000 MHz, but usually you will need to push up the voltage of the FSB a little (well, if the motherboard allows it).
