You need to have those:
1) the newer version BIOS,you did.
2) the cpu, you did.
3) RAM is at least ddr2 533 or up, ? higher is better, like the ddr2 667, 800.
4) aftermarket cpu cooler ? like the 120mm size one.
5) the manual ?

So you need to boot into the BIOS, set the setting, save and exit, reboot the PC. Check out the manual page 47 for how to boot the 1333mhz cpu. http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2521#manual

Solution
so if i put e6750 proccessor now on that motherboard i will need to :
1) go to bios
2) change CPU Clock Ratio to 18x
3) Enable O.C FSB1333 Core 2 CPU
4) i will need to enable CPU Host
Clock Control
5) change CPU Host Frequency(Mhz) to 333Mhz

and thats it ? nothing else ? will it work if i do this ?
