1070, 1070ti or 2060?

Want to upgrade my card soon, but whats the most efficient purchase here?
The 1070 vs 1070ti price seems to be very little, but then i've seen someone get pissed after they bought a 1070 an found out about the 2060 launch

lol at some point new hardware with a bit cheaper price will coming out. this is some problem people had. they want their purchase to be the best deal even after sometime buying the hardware.

btw how much does each of them going to cost? personally i'm leaning towards recommending 2060. for some future tittles the card might end up very fast due to it's advantage in architecture. the upcoming doom eternal might be one of those. in TPU review wolfenstein 2 the 2060 is faster than 1080ti at 1080p (where VRAM is not an issue for the card)!!
