Hi,
Was wondering, I built a new system and bought two cards on eBay. They were both new but one was listed incorrectly.. They are both Asus Strix 1070s one is a O8G and the other is the 8G. I know one is overclocked one is not. Would there be a issue to run them in SLI using the OC as the primary card? Would the OC card automatically pull the non OC card up to it's spec? Or would the non OC pull the OC down? Or are they just going to clash? I see they can both pretty much do the same thing and they seem identical in every other way. Just trying to figure out if I can get away from not returning the one of the cards... Thanks in advance.... Al

Should I flash the bios so both cards are the same? I'm finding one issue with the Tweak software with fan control. With one card there is a graph it allows you to set fan speed to temp.. With both cards installed the fan control is no longer there with the graph.. Options are not lit up for change.. Not sure if it is because the bios is not the same for each card. Aside from the bios does any know of any other differences between the cards? Also I see a lot of talk about MSI Afterburner. Would this software be a better fit then the Asus software? The Tweak II seems to have many issues keeping settings after next power up. Or is there something better... Thanks ... Al
