1070 build concerns

Hi all, I'm planning out a new 1070 build. I've seen a few issues covered, but not the ones I have to deal with specifically.

I want to put it in an ATX mini case, and put the computer is a semi-confined space (Enclosed deck). I never overclock and I have no desire to switch to water cooling so I'm wondering if this is an issue I should just avoid. My computer currently sits next to my desk and the temperature is never an issue. Should I not bother with that plan and stick to the cool running ATX?

Second, Is the benefit of an I7 worth it? I really only do gaming, but nothing too intense at the moment. I just don't want a bottleneck in a year. Again, I'm not overclocking.

Thanks again!

Solution
There shouldn't be any temperature problems.

The i7 is usually not needed unless you do a lot of rendering, content creation, etc. Don't worry about bottlenecking.
