1070 go for 1080p 120hz or 144hz?

I have gtx 1070 with i5 6500.
I want to upgrade my monitor to 1080p (currently i use 1050p), i dont know if 144hz is worth or not.
The game that i played is like TW3, Rainbow six siege. On TW3 i only can reach 90-100 fps but Rainbow six siege i can reach above 100 fps.

should i go for 120hz or 144hz?or just buy normal 1080p monitor?thanks

you should aim for a monitor with g-sync, whether it is 120hz or 144hz. personally, i would get a 144hz with gsync if you are able to - some of them you can overclock to 165hz so you have some more longevity.
