Yes, it should work. The problem is not the gen 2 vs gen 3 PCI-e, because they are forward and backward compatible. The biggest issue with new cards, like the GTX 1070, is they need UEFI and don't support legacy BIOS. As far as I can tell, your motherboard has UEFI, so it should be good.

if your power supply is good and you have the bios up to date on the mobo


not going to run good if you dont have at least a decent i7

just make sure you have the newest bios file on the mb to rule out any bios bugs.

I have intel i7 2600 processor its ok? What is uefi? How i can check it?
