1070 low fps

Hello, i have a problem I have bad fps in most games with my gf 1070.
In most game, i don't hit 60 fps at all atm playing destiny barely get 60 fps on low setting i dont know waht to do any help??

CPU i7 4770 3,40GHZ
GPU GF 1070
RAM 8 GB
Monitro 2560x1080 60ghz

Fix it CPU was overheating i put new thermal paste on CPU now siting on 60 fps on max setting.
