Hello guys my gpu is not using full power, In MSI afterburner the power keeps oscillating from like 25% to 60%, It rarely reaches 75% I get 40-80fps in games where it should be 100+, it sometimes hits 130 when the power goes to 75% but it only goes there for a second
Things i did:
I changed Power option to High performance
Nvidia power settings to High performance
Disable Power saving modes in BIOS, Not sure if i disabled every single one
Updated drivers
Tried on 1920x1080
And many more things And none helped
Tested with furmark stress test and guess what?! The power finally goes to 104%, But only in furmark
CPU Load 25-50%, never goes above 60%(Except under heavy stress tests just like the GPU) And Temp Never reaches 65 C, I have custom made water cooling, without it it reaches around 80 C
GPU Temp is Around 62 C, I have an extra fan, without it it reaches around 74 C
Those measurements are under load
Here are my specs
Windows 10 64
GPU: 1070 MSI Gaming X 8GB
CPU: i7 4790
RAM: 8GB 1333MHz
Motherboard: B85M Gamer
PSU 600
Monitor: 19" Samsung
And for the people who say its normal NO its not, I had R9 290x DC2OC and was getting almost the same FPS, in this case i paid 300$ to get 10 extra fps -_-
Games: PUBG and Dayz
If someone knows a fix, please let me know, Heat or power consumption is not a problem
