1070 not working

My 1070 Gtx graphic card is not showing up on adapters and the motherboard will not find it even tho drivers are correct and fans are spinning but gpu is only 6 months old is it possible that it had some sort of component failure and I need to send it back? I don't get display through it just a black screen and I've tried it on 2 different mother boards with the same result. Frustrating because it wasn't cheap and the warranty seems like a pain in the ass to deal with. I did a system reset and re downloaded drivers with same result.

if you have tried it on two different PC's with adequate PSU's. then yes, I'd say it's time for a warranty return

I think so, tried on 750 psu and a 850
