1070 SLI or 1080

Alright i have seen many of these but i just want to know for sure, i either can get two EVGA 1070 FTW or i can wait and save up 100 or 200 dollars more to get a single 1080 (dont have job). Also i heard people asking about monitors and i really don't know how to check that but i just know its 1920 x 1080 and is 60 hz. If i need to tell you anything else please tell me, any help will be appreciated.

Some games work better with 1 card but over all performance is with 2 1070. And 1 1070 will suffice for your needs 1 1070 can do 1080p at 60fps witch is all your monitor can do.

1 Card is always better than 2 if you can afford to get the better model. Some games have issues with SLI or just dont support it at all. However if money is an issue the 1070 is plenty. I have had one for a few months (1070) and i haven't had a single issue unless the game i was playing was unoptimized.
