1070 Underperform !?

hello 6 months ago or something i bought my new pc i was so excited i built it then started playing i have a gtx 1070 g1 and 1600x ryzen with 500w power supply from evga i downloaded csgo first it gave me 30 fps in high settings i was so disappointed then i downloaded gta v it gave me 40 fps in ultra but i saw the benchmarks on yt got 70+ i tried to put my gpu to max performance still not that much i downloaded gigabyte app and used the oc mode cuz my card is oc'd already it gave me a little bit of fps but still i'm getting some drops sometimes i want to use my gpu power i need high fps's any fixes ? and i have a 144hz monitor

Be sure to have the latest Nvidia drivers installed, as well as any AMD chipset drivers. What are the complete specs of your computer?

Do you have one or two DIMMs ? A single DIMM on Ryzen will hurt performance.

MB : Gigabyte b350 gaming 1 i guess
CPU : Ryzen 1600x
GPU : 1070 G1
Power Supply : 500w evga silver
Monitor : Zowie xl2411p 144hz
RAM : 16GB G.SKILL RipJaws

how can i know? i guess it's the ram i'm running on 16gb rip jaws

The easiest way would be to physically look. Are there two memory sticks or just one? With 16GB, you probably have two.
