Highly unlikely. You will get a fantastic result with those two pieces of hardware. Bottlenecking rarely ever occurs, unless the CPU has a lower core count than 4, or it's extremely old.
I am using gtx 1080 with the 4790K and I get reasonable running games like gta v (50-60fps) and Rise of the tomb raider (40-50 fps) at 4K ultra and always 60 fps (due to my monitor) at 1080p
The Haswell i7 should still be able to run the latest triple A titles for at least a couple of years
