1080 blacks out!

Hi everyone! I am very frustrated. I just built a new mini itx gaming rig and I will be surfing the net or streaming and my monitor blacks out and gives me no signal message an the PC keeps on but no pic. Graphics card fans hit 100% but graphics card is only 40 degrees! Anyway if I could get some suggestion it would be greatly appreciated. Here are my parts.
CPU-Ryzen 1700 x
Motherboard- Asrock Fatal1ty x370 itx
GPU- Zotac Nvidia GTX 1080 mini
Memory- Mushkin Redline 16GB 3200
PSU- Corsair SF 600w Gold
Cpu Cooler- Noctua NH L9x65

did you do a fresh install of windows when you set this up?

you can try updating your BIOS first to the latest. visit your mobos support site and do the BIOS update first. read the instructions carefully. then download and reinstall your drivers starting with your chipset. then your VGA drivers. and the rest of your drivers. use DDU to clean your external GPU driver in safemode. and install latest amd driver on normalmode.

the symptom you mentioned sounds like a PSU/motherboard problem but lets make sure you got all the latest drivers/BIOS installed first and your windows installed properly.
