1080-p gaming 1100$ budget with os

Hi could someone build me a 1080 beast that will get 50+ fps at 1080 p res on max on titles like starcraft 2 ,WOW planetside 2 and battlefield hardline also is mantel worth it? i am new to pc and have NOOOOOO idea what im looking at k this 5290 that I 3 5 7 z98 z97 that it means nothing im doing lots of research but hey its a steap learning curve anyways that 1100$ budget is Canadian money and will inculde shipping ....also would it be better just to buy a 500$ pc and throw a 970 in it? thanks for any imput

Cpu i5 4460 6m cache up to 3.4 gzh

asus atx ddr 3 2600 lga 1150 motherboard g97 plus

geforce gtx 970 oc 4g ddr5 pcie video card windforce

8 gigs ram ddr3

and corsair builder series 600 watt 80 plus 12v rail ps

and a crappy 100$ case

thats 1150$ with tax and deilvery is that good for 1080p? for all triple a titles
