1080 ti custom coolers on launch day?

Is there any information on whether the custom cooler versions of the 1080 ti will be available on march 10th, or is they just for the reference design from nvidia and partners?

Until he NDA drops, any information will be speculative. They are coming, but release dates are as yet unknown. Pretty much every announcement I have read contain a statement such as :

"A full reveal, including clock speeds and the price, is expected closer to the launch of GTX 1080 Ti next week."

I read somewhere that EK blocks from 1080 will fit it.

EK will definitely have blocks suitable for the 1080 Ti and all its more popular variants. The Titan X Waterblocks will fit the 1080 Ti. But I think OP is referring to non-reference of AIB cards.... aka everything that is not an FE. MSI Frozr, Gigabyte WindForce, Asus Strix, etc ... The MSI Seahawk EK will certainly be in the lineup as well as various hybrid designs.

Not even half of those AIB cards are actually confirmed. Zotac is not releasing the PGF in NA, never has, that is a CHINA ONLY variant. They have, however, officially unveiled the AMP! and AMP! Extreme designs today along with the FE as well as a version with a custom reference style blower. When I checked this morning MSI had not officially released a card, neither did Gigabyte.

There are few cards that have actually been confirmed. As of right now there are no partner designs out, only the FE is available.
