Question 1080 Ti DisplayPort not detecting monitor ?

Mobo:ASROCK Z390 Steel Legend (BIOS v1.30)
GPU: PNY GTX 1080 Ti Blower Edition
CPU:Intel i7-9700k
PSU:EVGA 600w

I recently bought a 1080ti, none of the three DisplayPorts work. Only the single HDMI port works as of right now. I've installed the latest drivers for the card and have done all the troubleshooting I can think of including reflashing my mobo BIOS. I don't want to have to ship this back to get a replacement unless I absolutely have to. If there's any solution you can come up with, please let me know. I've checked my second monitor along with my current one with all ports. Only the HDMI slot works. I've checked my cords to make sure they were in securely and have even changed which PCIe slot the card was inserted into. Please help.

Ok,so both monitors don't receive any output from DP connectors? I'm guessing you have tried multiple DP cables, though you likely have the same cable from previous card.

OK, have you tried the firmware update for the card itself. Here's the issue from awhile back.

I see. I thought that had a good chance of being the culprit. At this point, I'm not sure of any other ideas since the firmware update, multiple cables , and different monitors all point to the same result. Have you set to 60hz or reset all settings for drivers, ran DDU in safe mode, etc.?
