hey.. so my rig component are 7700k stock and 1080 ti aorus xtreme.. info worth knowing that my psu is 735w raidmax and the gpu when stress testing reached 77c.. when maximizing the fan to 100% i get around 66c which not seen in reviews (59-60)
soo when playing csgo no fps limit sometimes my frames drops to 200.. which should in mid 300 stable.. is anyone experiencing this with this specs? thx

Solution
First of all, you shouldn't be running a $700 GPU on a terrible quality PSU, I would highly suggest changing it. Second, there's nothing you can do about CSGO running at 200fps sometimes, that's just the way the game runs. It's being limited by the CPU, not the GPU, and the only thing you can do to get slightly more frames is to overclock a tad.
