1080 ti Performance in game ''Squad''

I get in some maps 40fps in some 70fps with asus strix 1080 ti and i76700k , 32 RAM , is that normal for this game to get that low fpos with this rig?

Depends on how well the game is optimized, with a lot of recent games the optimization makes it or breaks it. There probably isn't much you can do until the game is optimized better. If it transitions into different, well known titles, then maybe we can start talking about product deficiencies.

Yeh everyone calls it very very unoptimized game i even on pubg get 70-144fps on ultra , 100-144 on settings that you should play on ( Eveyrhing very low , except distance rendering )
