1080p / 1440p 60fps+ streaming / gaming / productivity capable build?

G'day ladies and gents,

So I've made a few threads and have come to the conclusion that this build is what I'm most likely gonna buy, I just wanted to ask a few of the experienced builders if this is capable of 1080p / 1440p 60fps+ in games such as PUBG, Escape from Tarkov, Rainbow 6 Siege, Scum (when it's released) and ARK.
