1080p/144hz or 2k 120hz or 4k 60hz

Hello,
I need a new monitor but I cant decide what to buy.
My budget is ~550euros and it includes all the 3 categories.

My system:
CPU: i7-4770K
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 780Ti OC
MOBO: MSI GD65-Gaming
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 2133 mhz
CASE: NZXT H440
CPU COOLER: Corsair H105
SSD: Samsung EVO 120GB
HDD: Seagate 4TB
PSU: Corsair RM750

I'm not entirely sure, but I don't think any of these can be fully utilized.. In games like BF4 the 780Ti won't get above 100 FPS Ultra @1080P.. I would personally go with 3 1080P (60/75Hz) monitors, or one 21:9 monitor.
